To Create a Comments Tracking Workflow

Follow these steps to create a document with commenting capabilities, in AssetWise CONNECT Edition.
  1. From the Comments Tracking tile, select New review workflow. The New workflow page appears. For example,
  2. Select a Type from the list.
    Note: Only approved Task based workflow templates with Class Type "Survey" appear in this list.
    Note: This field is required.
  3. Enter a Name for the workflow.
    Note: This field is required.
  4. You can select a Duration for the workflow.
  5. You can select a Planned Start Date and Planned End Date for the workflow.
  6. You can enter a Description for the workflow.
  7. When you are finished, click Save Changes ( ).
